Using washable nappies will save you on average £600 over the nappy life of your baby but there is obviously the upfront set up cost of using washable nappies versus buying packs of disposables as and when. To help ease this set up cost we have launched some new discount packs. For every nappy we sell there are two discount options: The mini discount packBuy 7 nappies of one type and receive a lower price per nappy. Great value if you want to buy a few nappies and see how you go. The maxi discount packBuy a full time set of nappies and receive one nappy free! – ie buy a Bumgenius maxi set and get 15 nappies for the price of 14 Great value if you want to use one particular nappy full time.(This recommendation is based on a 2 day washing cycle and the average number of nappy changes per day during the first year of your baby’s life. Start with this number and see how you go. You may want to top up and or use a different type of washable at night time). Want a different colour combination?Where the nappy comes in different colour options we have pre-selected the most popular colour combinations. If you would like a different mix of colours please let us know when you check out. On the ‘your details’ page you will be prompted to let us know any colour changes required. Great prices for individual nappiesYou may want a different number of nappies or want a mix of different types of nappies. We always make sure we have great individual nappy prices so you can choose which number combination suits you best and/ or buy a mixed selection of different types of nappies. There are no rules!Remember there are no rules when it comes to using washable nappies. You can buy a couple of nappies and see how you go, buy a full set or buy enough to use washables part time. It’s totally up to you. However, you can always feel good knowing that each time you use a washable nappy you will save money and save a nappy from being thrown into landfill.
