Scheme rules
We would obviously love you to take advantage of the non nappy products and services we offer but your voucher can only be redeemed against monies spent on washable nappies, wraps and nappy accessories.  So make sure you use the full amount available to you.

Ordering from us and using your voucher is easy:
1.  Place your order either online or call us on 01275 274909
2.  If ordering online  - as you progress through the check out process you will be prompted to let us know that you have a voucher to send us, the issuer and the value.
3.  Pop the voucher in the post along with proof of your ID – a copy of your passpost or driving licence.
4.  Upon receipt of the voucher and valid ID – we will pop your goods in the post and refund the voucher amount (or the amount spent on washable nappies, wraps and accessories if smaller) back onto your card/paypal account. 
5.  Your goods will normally be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of the voucher and we will e mail you to let you know they are one their way.

A few RNFL scheme rules:
 - Your voucher is valid for six months from the date shown on the voucher
 - The order name and address must match that shown on the voucher
