We have decided to stop selling this nappy as we feel the new Popolini Panda and the Bambeasy are better value natural fibre nappies for te same performance. However, at sale price, these nappies are a fantastic bargain.
100% bamboo fabric - very stretchy and silky soft. Brilliant absorbency (60% more absorbent and a lot slimmer than the cotton Tots)
An attached 3 layer booster pad folds out to reduce drying time.
But Bamboo is naturally slow to dry so given the British weather this nappy is not advisable if you do not have or want to use a tumble dryer.
These nappies will harden a little when washed in hard water but not as much as a cotton nappy. A 10 minute blast in a tumble dryer will keep the fibres lovely and soft.
Best to also use a separate liner to aid easy disposal of soiling and protect the nappy from stains. For maximum dryness use a fleece liner
Velcro or popper fastening. The popper version is slimmer as Velcro adds bulk around the waist - reflected in the size 1 sizing below.
The Velcro is sewn below the waist to avoid scratching the babies tummy and there are Velcro fold back tabs to stop it catching things in the wash.
You can fold down size 2 (cut to fit from about 18lbs) and use from about 14lbs. |
