Popolini nappies are always great value for money and this nappy is a birth to potty and made from lovely soft, very absorbent, very slim Tencel fabric.
Tencel is Lenzing Fibers' brand name for lyocell. Tencel is made from wood pulp cellulose, from sustainable forestry sources and is 100% biodegradable. The fibre offers a unique combination of the most desirable properties of manmade and natural fibres: soft as silk, strong as polyester, cool as linen and as absorbent as cotton.
The technology involved in making this nappy has another exciting twist! Rather than fastening with Velcro which can catch on other fibres in the wash, this nappy fastens with a one sided type of velcro - i.e. the loop bit without the hook bit.
There is a removable slim booster pad which enables you to customise your absorbency/bulk.
To use the nappy from birth you would remove this booster pad and fold the nappy down at the front to make it smaller. This nappy gives a lovely slim fit whatever the age of your baby.
You need to use a separate wrap with this nappy.
Best to also use a separate liner to aid easy disposal of soiling and protect the nappy from stains. For maximum dryness and softness use a fleece liner |
