Delivery Information

• Our postage tariff covers the UK (mainland and islands) and the Channel Islands. If you live outside these areas please contact us and we will sort out a competitive postage deal for you.

• Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of payment so long as they are in stock. Upon receipt of your order we will advise you of any stock unavailability and in the unlikely event of an item being temporarily unavailable, we can offer you the best alternative or a later delivery date.
  
• Please allow 5 working days for delivery. Goods paid for by cheque will take an extra 5 working days.

Returns policy

Boo coo makes every effort to ensure the products it sells to you are of good quality and value for money. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a 6 week return guarantee period starting from the date you receive your goods. A refund or exchange on the goods value will be given as long as the items are unused and resaleable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

• If you want to return or exchange an item please call us first so that we can make the process as smooth as possible.
  
• Unfortunately we cannot exchange goods that have been opened, used, washed or damaged. If you make a large order we recommend you wash and try a minimum quantity before unpacking and washing the rest.
  
• However, if within the six week guarantee period you use your goods and find they are faulty please let us know and we will sort out a replacement for you as your satisfaction is very important to us.
  
• Please follow the Boo coo washing and care instructions carefully to ensure the longest life for your nappies, wraps and accessories. There is no Guarantee over how long a nappy or wrap will provide the performance experienced when new. Like clothes they wear with use and how much they wear will depend on many factors such as how often you use them, how you wash and dry them etc. A cotton based nappy will last longer than a fleece based one part nappy where you wash the waterproof part every time.
  
• With the exception of faulty goods or an error on our part, direct costs such as return postage, packaging and insurance cannot be refunded. We recommend that when returning items to us, you use recorded delivery or obtain a proof of posting from the Post Office. We cannot be held responsible for any products lost or damaged in the post.
  
• If you are requesting the exchange of a product, which is not faulty and there has been no error on our part, then we reserve the right to charge you any additional delivery costs.
  
• Credit or debit card refunds can only be refunded to the original card used at the time of purchase. Where an item to be returned is a gift, a credit note will be offered to purchase alternative goods to the same value. Cash refunds will only be made to the original purchasers account.

Liability

• Boo coo is not the manufacturer and therefore cannot be held responsible for any manufacturing faults.
  
• The total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Boo coo.
  
• Whilst every effort is made to ensure that any information given to you is correct, Boo coo cannot accept responsibility or be held liable to any person for any loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, this information being inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.
  
• Boo coo reserves the right to alter any prices or specifications at any time without notice and all goods are sold at prices prevailing at the date of despatch. Items may be discontinued at any time if sufficient order quantities are not achieved.
  
• Title to the goods remains with Boo coo until goods are paid for in full.
  
• Warning - Flushing of liners or wipes may cause blockages in old or damaged drains. Boo coo cannot accept responsibility for individual drain systems. They should be flushed one at a time. If in doubt compost or throw away.

Privacy Policy

• We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
  
• Your data is being collected for sole use by Boo coo, 9 Miles Close, St Katherines Park, Ham Green, Pill, Bristol, BS20 0LH. All the information you provide is treated with the strictest confidence and not passed onto any third party.
  
• This data will be used primarily to process your order and provide you with the best possible service. In the future we may e mail you with, or send you, offers relating to our products which we think you might be interested in.

Hire kits

• The products contained in a hire kit will not be brand new but will be thoroughly washed and delivered to you in good, clean, hygenic condition.
  
• If your hire kit is posted to you it will include a return postage sticker. Please keep this safe as a replacement cannot be issued.
  
• The £15 charge is to cover return postage, packaging, postage insurance, pre-laundering, wear and tear and the cost of disposable items such as flushable liners,. There are no extra charges as long as your nappies are received by us by the return date noted on your hire kit schedule in a reusable condition and retaining their original colour.
